Come fly with us

Our Airfield.

Due to noise complaints we have had to introduce flight time restrictions, they are as follows...

1. Electric powered aircraft and "drones" anytime.
2. Weekdays 07h30 to 18h00 for petrol and nitro powered aircraft.
3. Saturdays 07h30 to 16h00 for petrol and nitro powered aircraft.
4. Sundays & Public Holidays 09h00 to 14h00 for petrol and nitro powered aircraft.

We started construction on our airfield in January 2017, it has progressed nicely except for a few challenges, namely water and wind erosion, but we are facing each challenge as it arises and dealing with them.

The total runway size is 180 x 10m, we have planted a strip of instant cynodon lawn in the centre 100 x 5m, the rest is planted with grass plugs and is covering slowly.  We have 6 pre-flight check tables, a shade house and a large scale pits area.  Please look at our photo gallery for more.

We are registered with SAMAA and have a letter of consent from King Shaka International Airport to operate our airfield.
